The Needham Housing Coalition wants to hear your thoughts about how Needham can address our housing crisis. The NHC is co-hosting this event with the Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) as part of its Municipal Engagement Initiative (MEI).  Our goal is to raise awareness and foster community engagement.

Over the next year, Town Meeting members will be voting on critical housing articles related to the preservation and redevelopment of the Needham Housing Authority properties, and the multi-family zoning needed to comply with the MBTA Communities Law. Learn about the issues so you can tell them how you want them to vote!
