Looking Back: Veterans Day 2024
November 15, 2024
• A look back at Needham’s Veterans Day observance on November 11, 2024
Each year, residents and officials gather at Memorial Park to honor veterans past and present, who sacrificed so much in service to our country. This year was a bit different than most in that those in attendance also thanked outgoing State Representative Denise Garlick, who has been a constant presence and thoughtful speaker at these ceremonies throughout her tenure. As we head quickly toward the Thanksgiving holiday, we wanted to take a look back at some of the moments of this year’s observance that we will remember.
