Join us for Needham Art Association’s December program, artist and art therapist Tova Speter will lead us in a therapeutic art workshop that invites you to take a little time to relax and recharge by making art. We will explore creativity as a way to find space where it might otherwise seem challenging, as we engage in intentional mark-making to create mindful mandalas. In this season of gift-giving, we can give a gift to ourselves through this opportunity to pause, connect, and create.
