Thoughtful Talk About Needham Schools
Superintendent Dan Gutekanst shares his thoughts on having productive conversations within the school community.

Unfortunately, that frustration has been expressed, at times, in ways that were unhelpful in moving the conversations forward. In order to get ahead of the situation this year, Superintendent Gutekanst provided parents with a primer on how to foster effective dialogue and how to best advocate for your children.
