2026 Parent Survey on Youth Substance Use
Parents of students in Grades 6–12 — we invite you to participate in a brief, anonymous survey.

The Substance Prevention Alliance of Needham (SPAN), in partnership with the Needham Public Health Division, is gathering parent feedback on underage drinking, youth substance use, and community perceptions.
