Trivia Bee Returns, Bringing Fun Times and Learning Back Together

• The Needham Education Foundation presented their annual Trivia Bee at Needham High School.
A tradition that goes back a few decades when it was a Spelling Bee, the Needham Education Foundation’s annual event became the Trivia Bee in 2021 and was once again hosted by Needham Channel alum, Mike “Sarge” Riley. Forty-eight teams and more than 350 people participated, with all the proceeds going to the NEF’s mission to promote innovation and excellence for students in Needham Public Schools.
The Bee consists of five questions in five different rounds, a total of 25 questions, with topics ranging from science to entertainment to sports and even questions about the Town of Needham. Our cameras were rolling, and we’ll have a full broadcast which will debut in April on The Needham Channel, as well as streaming at needhamchannel.org.
