Needham Diversity Initiative (NDI) invites you to join the celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.  This family-friendly event features keynote speaker Gilda Barabino (the President of Olin College), music from the Plugged In Band Program, the Eliot Elementary School Choir, and Brother Dennis Slaughter & his Band. Excerpts from Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech will be spoken by Valine Valbrun-Paul, Chairperson of METCO Needham Parents Council, and so much more.  It will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024, with doors opening and refreshments at 9:30am, and the program starting at 10:00am and finishing by 11:30am.  The location is at the Needham High School Auditorium, Admiral Gracey Drive, in Needham.  Wearing of masks is encouraged.
