• Needham Public Schools takes a new approach to hiring practices in an effort to match student representation in the district.
Having a diverse staff that represents the population it serves is an important goal for the Needham Public Schools. In a competitive work environment and in a town that is conscious of its social and economic barriers, attracting and retaining that diversity can be a challenge. Municipal Producer Yuxiao Yuan takes a look at what is being done, the impact and success being realized in the district.
