Town Adopts Tax Rates for 2026
December 4, 2025
• The Select Board heard concerns from the Board of Assessors and businesses at its November Tax classification hearing.
As the town prepared to dive deep into the planning process for Fiscal Year 2027, one of the most vital decisions on the 2026 budget took center stage at the Nov. 25 Select Board meeting. The tax classification public hearing allowed the Board of Assessors to recommend how revenues be collected from commercial and residential properties for the current year.
