A Free Tree Program with Strong Roots
July 13, 2023
• Having trees in or near your property can have multiple benefits. Needham Parks and Forestry makes planting trees easy and free for residents.
In recent years, the town of Needham has been losing trees for a multitude of reasons: Age, weather, disease, infestation and development are all contributing factors. Yuxiao Yuan reports on this little-known endeavor that can cast some shade in a very positive way.
