• Norovirus is highly contagious so we have some ways to help prevent spreading the illness.
According to the Centers for Disease Control, we have been going through a surge in Norovirus infections. What is it and what can we do to stay healthy? Does the national surge even affect us here in Needham? News producer Ashley Morin sat down for a Q and A session with the Needham Health Department’s Epidemiologist Julie McCarthy to get the lowdown on this virus.
