Fighting Anxiety with Action

• The members of the Environmental Action Club at Needham High School work to implement changes to make the community more eco-friendly.
Arguably, one of the biggest issues facing the planet are the impacts of climate change. As the ramifications grow each year, it is the cause of overwhelming anxiety for many. This is felt especially hard by today’s youth, who know that what they do (or don’t do) will impact everyone for the rest of their lives. While reactions to that vary individually, one group has come together in hopes of making a difference, and coming to terms with what the future will offer.
