Starting the New Year, our staff has been focused on resolutions. Some of the most common goals every year center around health and fitness. To get a feeling for how we can make our shining new intentions from losing their luster over the next few months, weeks or maybe even hours, we turned to a local fitness, lifestyle and nutrition coach for an assist. Diane Garzon was kind enough to talk with our own Kathryn Brodie about the reasons some resolutions fade and how you can stay on track in keeping yours.
