
NHS Girls Basketball Coach Announces Departure
Amanda Sheehy has decided to focus on family after nine seasons with Needham High School Girls Basketball.
It’s never easy to say goodbye to doing something you love. It’s even harder when the people you work with are like part of the family. But after nine seasons of leading the Needham Girls Varsity Basketball team, that is exactly what Coach Amanda Sheehy has decided to do. We spoke with her about why she feels now is the right time for her to move on, and reflect on her remarkable run with the Rockets.
