This event will be in-person only. Join us as we hear from experts and other Needhamites about Belonging. Come learn, listen, share, schmooze. Masks required.

What will happen at the Summit?
• Keynote: What is belonging, why does it matter, and what is the state of belonging in Needham?
• Panel: Panelists will share their personal stories of belonging and non-belonging as well as their thoughts about positive change. Panelists include individuals from Chinese Friends of Needham, the LGBTQ community, Needham Housing Tenants’ Organization, the immigrant community, and Needham’s Spanish-speaking and Neurodiverse communities.
• Breakout Groups: Participants move to breakout groups to discuss highlights from the program, share individual stories and brainstorm interventions for positive change.
• Large Group Discussion: Share themes and take-aways of the small groups.
• Food, Tables & Mingle (outdoor). The community will be able to connect with all of the groups/organizations co-sponsoring this event.
