Home Improvement 101

Every year, consumers spend millions of dollars on home improvements. Remodeling and improving your home can be a huge undertaking. Join Jeanne Foy, Director of MASSPIRG Consumer Action Center, for a discussion on steps you can take to avoid potential home improvement contractor problems and where to turn for help if things go wrong.
