Join the Needham Housing Coalition for the first of three narrated walking tours of the designated areas proposed for rezoning to comply with the MBTA Communities Act. On July 16, we will walk Garden and Chestnut Streets, stopping at existing multifamily projects to experience the look and feel of similar densities. We will also stop along the way to discuss sample parcels and talk about their likelihood for change. Tour maps will be provided. All walks will be about 1.5 miles and last approximately 1 hour, followed by food and refreshments at a local restaurant.
