A Day that Keeps Going (and Growing)

• Needham Parks & Forestry collaborated with Eversource, Asplundh, and students from multiple school to plant trees across town.
For most communities, Arbor Day is a flash in the pan. It’s a day that comes and goes with a few events, mostly tied to or even overshadowed by its proximity to Earth Day celebrations. In Needham, however, there has been a lot of growth around Arbor Day in its own right. In fact, too much to contain within a single day.
