Springtime is know for bright colors popping out of the drabness of the winter season, but those walking the streets of Needham may have noticed some bright splashes that are not attributable to the blossoming flora. The maintenance hole covers have been painted with shapes of green, red and white as part of a program to more accurately map the town’s water, sewer and stormwater drainage systems. Municipal Producer Yuxiao Yuan has the details.
