• The Town Manager put forward a plan to address the capital needs of the upcoming year before the Select Board. The key question is whether the money is there to achieve the Town’s stated priorities.
Municipal Producer Yuxiao Yuan’s series on the budget process continues with a look at some of the capital projects being considered for FY’25. There is a lot of work to be done in town, and only a certain amount of money available to get it done. Which projects have the backing of the Select Board, and is enough progress going to be made to face critical infrastructure projects? We take a deep dive to look at what Town Meeting is going to be asked to consider this May.
