Team Profile: Rockets Girls Volleyball

• Great things are happening on and off the court with Needham’s Varsity Girls Volleyball team.

This week, rainy conditions made a few changes necessary, as games got moved around, and many high school athletes got a bit of a breather early in the season. One team that took no days off is the Rockets Girls Volleyball team. It’s no longer any surprise that Needham is a volleyball town, having accrued many state titles in recent years. Expectations are high for the Girls Volleyball team, but don’t worry–they know how to handle that kind of pressure. We spoke with team leadership to learn how the plan to take this fall on, one game at a time, enjoying each moment.
