
Lecture Offers Parents ‘Path to Mindfulness’

There is a lot of cause to be anxious in today’s world. However, too much fear can often lead to actions and behaviors that are worse than the original fear. Parents have an additional concern: teaching resilience and coping skills to their children. Needham Youth and Family Services brought in Wellesley psychologist and author, Dr. Mitch Abblett to talk about how learning mindfulness can help combat the debilitating effects of fear.
