Fighting Loneliness As You Age

• Loneliness can negatively affect older adults, but there are ways to prevent isolation here in Needham.
As people age, social circles shrink and many seniors end up spending increased time alone. While some may cherish solitude from time to time, extended periods of isolation can carry some pretty serious physical and mental health implications along with it. We take a look at a couple of local agencies that are tackling this problem head on in this report by Kathryn Brodie.
