DESCRIPTION:This four-session therapeutic art series offers a safe and welcoming space to explore wellness\, recovery\, and resilience through guided art activities. \n\n\nFacilitated by local art therapist Tova Speter\, participants will engage their creative capacity as they take time to be present in the moment\, process experiences of recovery/hope\, and reconnect with personal strengths and community. No art skills or recovery are required—only a willingness to create\, play\, reflect\, and connect. \n\n\n\nParticipants can sign up for individual sessions or the whole series. The first session will include a communal brainstorm to identify materials and specific themes the group is most interested in exploring. $5 fee per session.
