The inventory of homes in Needham has been low for years and has diminished even more since the pandemic. Builders are becoming more aggressive and that is not always good for you as a seller. This class will help you understand how the continued low inventory has impacted the market and give you the information you need to be an informed seller. Presenter Suzanne Nissen has over 18 years’ experience as a real estate agent in Needham and the surrounding towns. Before becoming a real estate agent, she was a social worker working with seniors and is especially sensitive to the concerns of this population.
