The Needham Public Health Division will host two Opioid Settlement Funds listening sessions this year. Tuesday November 10^th 5:30-6:30PM in person and on zoom. Tuesday June 8^th 12-1PM virtual only.

The MA state subdivision guidance emphasizes engaging community members who have been directly impacted by the opioid crisis, including individuals with lived and living experience, people in active treatment or recovery, family members who lost loved ones, and local service providers. In 2025 the town of Needham brought 7 residents together over 6 meetings to review the town’s Opioid Settlement Funds Strategic Plan. This year, the Needham Public Health Division (NPHD) invites residents and community members to two listening sessions. NPHD will share an update on the work that has been done and invite the community to share their thoughts and vision for the future.
