Art Appreciation with Michele: Piet Mondrian

Join research librarian and art educator Michele Marram as she explores the career of Piet Mondrian, a Dutch artist most well known as a leader of the De Stijl movement. How did this artist evolve from painting landscapes to those odd squares and rectangles? Following the presentation we’ll have a chance to create our own “Mondrian-esque” works.
