A Historic District for One?

• It seems like a lot of effort to go through for one home. However, the Town is hoping this is the beginning of something big.
Needham does not have an official historic district yet, but the groundwork is being laid to create one. Through it they hope to preserve vital elements of Needham’s history. However, some challenges remain, including how widespread these historic homes are, and how wary anyone is to put obstacles in the way of progress. But you’ve got to start somewhere, and in this case it happens to be 3 Rosemary Street. Learn the story behind this amazing home, its current owners, and how a team is being coalesced to protect a little corner of the town for years to come.
