Self-Care Series: Stats, Facts & Myths About Aging

Aging is inevitable, but not our attitudes toward it. Old age is shrouded in myths and misconceptions. Healthcare Advocate Lynn Croft reviews the most common myths of aging and how we can debunk them in our own lives.
