Lunch & Learn: Strengthening Mindsets

We have been through a lot in the last few years, and with the holidays right around the corner–now is the time to help yourself, help others and to realize a healthy mind is the greatest treasure. Join our Center social workers to learn what to look for and what steps and resources can help. Cost: Free
