Self-Care Series: Falls and How Can We Reduce Our Risks

In this talk, Health Care Advocate Lynn Croft will explain why falls are so much more common and more serious as we age. You will also learn how to reduce the risk of falling in your home and exercises you can do daily that will lower your risks for serious injury should you fall. Cost: Free
