Session 1: What is AI—And Why Should We Care?

Wednesday, March 18 at 7:30pm

What is artificial intelligence in its various forms? Why has it come upon the scene with such fervor in the last few years? How is it already affecting lives ? Is it automating jobs away, or is it merely a slop generator? How might I view what I personally create, in the face of this new technology being thrust upon us? In this first of four sessions, we’ll explore all these questions, defining, playing with, and critiquing artificial intelligence.
