Needham Rotary to Help Indian Students

• Rotary Clubs on two continents, including the Rotary Club of Needham, are working to raise money to provide enough space in Hyderabad, India so students can attend a full day of school.
Service organizations such as Rotary Clubs International often take on charitable missions across the globe. In keeping with their mission, the Needham Rotary Club is embracing a challenge that hopes to secure funding for the expansion of the Film Nagar Government School in Hyderabad, India. The effort is in honor of one of their own, and would add 10 classrooms to a school that has been struggling for years. It is a race against the clock, however, as they only have a few weeks to raise their goal of approximately $120,000.
