Bridge Dedicated to Honor Damon Borrelli

• A bridge near Hersey Station was renamed in honor of Private First Class David “Damon” Borrelli who died serving his country in WWII.
Needham has had no shortage of people who have served their country in times of war. Through the years, many have heeded the call and served with honor. Some have tragically never returned. The town had a chance to honor one of those soldiers, when the bridge crossing the MBTA tracks on Great Plain Avenue was rededicated in honor of Damon Borrelli.
